A Mount Pleasant South Carolina Real Estate Buyer’s Agent offers You a Lot of Benefits

The fact is if you do not have a Buyer Agency Agreement, the Mount Pleasant real estate agent you’re dealing with is representing the best interests of the seller by default. It’s the law in South Carolina.
