Full Service FSBO – 0.5% or 0.9% - Known as “Blue Ribbon FSBO” since 1998, this plan has been updated to be more flexible for you in today’s tough market. If you are a homeowner willing to do some of the work it will save us time and save you money. Our fee is only0.9% if you use your sign, flyers, and lock box, or only 0.5% if you use ours because our combination typically leads to a faster sale. And if we find the buyer and they are not working with another Realtor, we collect only the fee offered in the MLS system and you keep the additional 0.9% or 0.5% at closing.  

Full Service FOR LESS – 1.5% – the best of both real estate worlds. You receive most if not all of the features and benefits you might expect from a traditional “Big” Company listing, marketing, and selling plan, but with ours you keep more of your equity at closing. Importantly, the “Real Estate Savings Center” concept, is not some ”Limited Service” plan that will leave you wanting. Our Full Service FOR LESS program gives you both the Professional Service you need and the Significant Savings you will appreciate during these very challenging economic times.

Full Service PLUS – 1.9% – With a greater number of sellers competing for the limited number of ready, willing, and able buyers in today’s market, your home must really “stand out”.  So in addition to the features and benefits provided with the Full Service FOR LESS program above, the PLUS program includes a Virtual Home Tour, a Web Site for your Home, a Home Warranty, and a Professional Quality Color Brochure for your home that will really impress. These features don’t guarantee you will sell your home faster or for a higher price, but they can give you a big advantage over most if not all of the competition.

Full Service Short Sale – 0.0% You receive all of the features and benefits of the Full Service FOR LESS program, but there normally no monthly fees or agent commissions to pay. As part of a Short Sale Agreement your mortgage holder typically pays the agent fees, as well as the fees of a professional professional Short Sale Negotiator we bring on to help us all avoid a potential foreclosure.
